Heather was absolutely amazing!!! I have neck issues from the type of job have and she was very attentive to my needs. She made me feel comfortable which is so important getting massages! I can't wait to come back to see her again!! Also, the location was very clean, I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was in there!!

Update: it took five years, but I finally made it back. Troy took care of me this time and he was amazing. My back has been really messed up from a clingy 2 y/o and I can actually sit up and bend without being in horrible pain. Thank you!

Last Christmas, yes, I said last Christmas, I received a gift certificate to Body and Sole. I'd been going to another massage place (will not say) and needed an appointment bad but they were booked. I used this opportunity to finally use my certificate. AND BOY, I AM GLAD I DID!!!! Emerson was so amazing! After my hour session with him, I wondered why I'd been wasting my money at this other location. He was so detailed, my problem area being my back. I get spasm and sometimes it will lock up totally leaving me immobile. I woke up this morning feeling like I could do cartwheels. I feel absolutely amazing!!!!!! I'm making another appointment ASAP before he gets booked. I will be a regular. Thank you Joyce for this wonderful gift here and Thank you Emerson,. You were a joy and a blessing.

My boyfriend & I had a couples massage with Tony & Penny - they are the best! We happened to be the last clients of the day, so Penny explained to us all the different massage options they offered, showed us the mani/pedi room - we stood there and had conversation for about 45 minutes. That was so personable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I have never been the 'Massage' type of person. This most likely stems from having bad massage after bad massage and paying for what I thought would be something incredible just to leave disappointed. Well, Penny at Body & Sole has permanently changed my views/feelings on massages. After an hour on the table, I walked out of the Salon so relaxed and in a state of zen. I woke up the following morning with no aches, cramps, or tightness. I'm an out of towner, but you can bet every time I come to Roanoke, I'll be making an appointment at Body & Sole. I had my nails done by Myrtha and it was a wonderful experience! I had a shellac manicure and it was so relaxing! She was very helpful in deciding which color to use, delicate, detailed, and friendly :) I would highly recommend Body and Sole for their amazing spa services!
I love going to this place ! It is a very clean and wonderful uplifting environment to be in . I first started going for manicures and pedicures because their nail techs are amazing and have highly talented art work for nail designs. Recently, I received an Ashiatsu massage which was an amazing relaxing experience. It was my first one and I loved it. I highly recommend this place ! If you haven't been, you're missing out .

This place is a hidden gem! Whenever I open the door to this place I feel like I am entering a different world. Their decorations are so pretty and the dim light makes me want to relax. Also, Courtney gives an incredible massage that seriously makes a difference in my posture and ability to do things. Love this place!

Just had a 60 min deep tissue massage from Kris and I have more movement in my back than I thought possible.
I had only had one massage in my life before coming here. They did a great job of working on stress part in shoulders and back. Very friendly staff.

Both of the owners do a really nice job here. I've had massages with them and with their staff members. I have never had a bad experience, and I think they run a really nice salon.
Called at 11 for an hour massage and they had me in by 2:30. Had Kris, he was fantastic at what he does. Very nice building, nice offices and great rooms. Treat yourself to this place, soooo worth it!

The absolute best pedicure experience I have had! My feet look and feel great and my polish is fantastic. The whole pedicure was extremely relaxing. Shiann was amazing!! I will definitely be back. So glad I found this place.
I have always had excellent service at Body & Sole! Tony, Penny, and their team are great to work with. I have been going to Courtney M for massage and she is wonderful! I always feel 10x better when I leave. The massage rooms are quiet and comfortable. I visit both Siann and Marla for mani/pedis and love the quiet, low fume, and clean atmosphere.
Hands down the best place around! The services they offer are fabulous and very reasonably priced. I drive, along with several other friends, from Lynchburg just to come here. We never have a single complaint, and well worth our drive. Customer service goes above and beyond. The salon looks fabulous, too! They also have little odds and ends you can buy from there, all of which range from good smelling things to nutritional items.
Body and Sole is a great place for a relaxing massage or spa day! My mom and I love coming here for a girls day! Would highly recommend! It's always clean and everyone from the front desk to the therapists are very welcoming!

My first and only massage experience. It was pretty great, I had Jordan as my massage therapist. He was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and the massage felt good. His draping was awesome. Only critique is that he was a little gentle for me - I'd ask for more pressure if I went again. But I can't blame him really, he probably didn't want to do too much knowing it was my first massage.
Myrtha always does a great job. I complained of my feet hurting and she suggested a paraffin treatment. Wonderful idea!

Wow! Today I had my first experience at Body and Sole. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the best thing of all was my massage from Courtney! Can't wait for my next appointment.
I have cancer and usually in a lot of pain and numbness in my feet...my friend tried for months to get me to go see Tony....I finally did.. wow, I don't know y I waited so long...Tony worked his magic and I could feel my feet again and pain has eased up a lot.... y'all guys are awesome!!!!

I was given a gift for an hour massage from some lovely ladies at work for Christmas a year ago. I had the pleasure of seeing Penny for that visit. Tony was in school still so I volunteered to allow him to practice on me. That May, I fell, dislocated and fractured my shoulder. With Tony's help I am getting my strength and range of motion on track. I know first hand how Tony has grown as a massage therapist. I only know Penny and Tony, but I love who they are. The way they are as business owners.
