Jordan was PHENOMINAL!!!! As a fellow massage therapist, I appreciated his detail to specific deep tissue work including trigger point therapy to release the muscle (or attempts to on a few that did not release fully). I know a few muscles just would not release, so I will stretch it out to continue work on my part. Great flow, great extras (hot towels, cupping, heated packs for neck, eye pillow). My husband and I get couples massages a couple times a year from Heather and Saifon. They are absolutely worth it and I leave feeling like a whole new person. The rooms are dim, the beds are warm and the music is relaxing. A well run establishment that feels hidden away in a plain building, I recommend this place to friends and family all the time. The York mint given at the end is like the cherry on top
I have a bunch of physical issues like frozen shoulders, a crunchy neck, and a ruined lower back from being a vet tech for 25 years, so I was specifically looking for a massage therapist who could help me not be in so much pain every day. I am so glad I found Nina at Body and Sole!!! She was receptive to my requests and was a genius at finding all of those stubborn spots that really needed work. I left there feeling SO much better and I can't wait to go back! If you need someone who is adept at dealing with physical issues, ask for Nina, she will help you feel better!!!
Carole was great! I ended up being a few minutes late due to some issues with my GPS and she still accepted me and gave me the full time I booked for! She was extremely gracious and gives great massages! Definitely will be returning!
I went here on a whim to get a massage and Im so incredibly glad I did. Frank is amazing and I will absolutely be booking again. He not only explained where I hurt, but why I was hurting and really worked to release the muscles that were bothering me. The spa is surprisingly beautiful, despite the outside of the building. 10/10

I had an amazing facial treatment with Grace! My skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing. Grace was gentle, explained every step, and made me feel completely relaxed. I could see the difference right away — my face looks brighter and smoother. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little skin rejuvenation!
Frank Hutson has been my massage therapist for awhile. I used to be plagued with neck, shoulder, and back pain. With Frank, my pain level has decreased and I have better range of motion. I heartily recommend Frank. He's awesome! Great tableside manner too!
Frank was terrific! I was a little nervous about a male giving me a massage but that quickly went out the window. He listened well and made me very relaxed and hit all the right spots while explaining every detail. Will def be a regular. Highly recommend Frank

Best massage i’ve had! I was in desperate need of a massage so I called on Friday and thank goodness they had availability on Sunday. Which also is amazing because I feel a lot of places aren’t open on Sunday’s. I had Heather and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my needs and made sure I was well taken care of. I’ve already made another appointment with her! I definitely recommend Body & Sole, you will not be disappointed!
Hidden gem - literally! And, well worth the hunt! I hobbled into the building, hurting bad, in full Karen mode. Carol was an angel, she listened to me complain and then expertly redirected me with patience and kindness. Upon leaving, my pain was substantially subdued. Do not let the lack of signage deter you - the spa is inside of a large off-white brick building, through the double-doors, down, and to the left. If there is no assigned parking available, there is parking behind the building with a sidewalk along the side of the building.
I have had two massages with Hayley Ingram and she is amazing! I originally went in due to pain in my back and shoulders. I feel so much better physically but did not anticipate the silencing of my anxiety as well. I felt completely relaxed and present for the rest of the day - which had a ripple effect and (I think) made me a better human to others as well. Hayley is professional and seems very intuitive. I couldn't recommend her more to anyone seeking relief both physically and mentally! Thank you, Hayley!
Carole is absolutely wonderful. She knew what I needed without having to explain alot.
After 90 minutes I felt like a new person. I have a metal fusion and muscle damage. She worked out so many knots that felt like bricks. This was my second time with Carole. She's definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nina Turner met my needs today and gave me the massage my body really needed. I have been sore from working out and she relieved tension and worked out knots and kinks in my muscles. I left feeling so much better!
The only other thing besides a massage from Tony that makes me feel as mentally refreshed and centered is hiking alone to a mountain top. And physically it is great to get all the knots out of my shoulders and back. Tony is so kind, and always makes me feel welcomed and cared for. Truly this is the best massage place I've ever been to!
Carole is absolutely wonderful. I am so glad I found this place and Carole. Last night, she did cupping therapy on my shoulder and elbow that has hurt me for over 2 months. Today, I have no pain in my elbow and shoulder. That was my first time trying cupping! I will definitely do it again and I highly recommend it. The massage was wonderful too. Great place, prices and massage!!
I’ve been coming to Body and Sole for over six years. The services at Body and Sole are absolutely phenomenal and extremely relaxing. I’ve lived in the Roanoke and Botetourt areas most my life and have been to many Spas; Body and Sole surpasses them all. I appreciate the fantastic massages and great customer service.

Heather was absolutely amazing!!! I have neck issues from the type of job have and she was very attentive to my needs. She made me feel comfortable which is so important getting massages! I can't wait to come back to see her again!! Also, the location was very clean, I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was in there!!
